Leadership
At the helm is JP Sardella, ME, MBA, Managing Partner, who brings 29 years of leadership in this field. In 1997, he founded one of the first cost segregation firms in New York City, and by 2002 was training members of both the AICPA and NSEA on this specialized practice. In 2004, JP became one of the first practitioners of Project Delta and contributed to the development of the IRS Cost Segregation Audit Techniques Guide—standards still in use today. Since then, he has advised hundreds of clients nationwide on complex tax matters, combining technical expertise with a practical approach to delivering measurable results.
